This year marks 125 years of OCS, a major milestone that celebrates our legacy shaped by people, purpose and community.
To honour this anniversary, we’ve launched a global fundraising initiative: the 125 Challenge. Inspired by our 125th birthday (or quasquicentennial!), the challenge invites colleagues and customers to take part in a team-based event that combines movement, milestones and making a difference.
How It Works
From 15 to 21 September, teams of up to five people will take part in a virtual race along a 125-mile route. The journey will highlight key locations from our company’s history and the partners we support today.
Whether walking, cycling, gardening, or simply staying active in daily routines, team movements will be tracked and converted into steps. As teams progress, they’ll reach checkpoints and compete to be among the first to cross the virtual finish line.
Each participant will aim to raise £125 for the OCS Foundation, which relaunched earlier this year with a renewed focus on empowering children and young people. The Foundation is proud to support four impactful organisations:

Join In
Whether you’re joining a team, cheering from the sidelines or simply looking to support a good cause, there are plenty of ways to get involved. You can donate directly to the OCS Foundation or share the campaign on social media to help spread the word.
Honouring 125 Years with Purpose
The 125 Challenge is a celebration of our shared history and a chance to make a meaningful impact. As we mark 125 years of OCS, we’re proud to stand together in support of young people and the charities making a difference in their lives.

I am so excited to see the 125 Challenge kick off. Fundraising activities like this are a brilliant way to bring people together for a good cause. The team format builds a real sense of unity, with a bit of friendly competition to keep things lively—all in support of four incredible charities doing important work. And because it’s in honour of OCS’s 125th anniversary, it feels even more special. I can’t wait to see all the different ways people rack up their mileage!
