OCS has successfully secured a three-year contract with Midland Metro Limited (MML), operator and maintainer of the West Midlands Metro (WMM) tram network – marking a significant expansion into the light rail sector. Beginning 1 April 2025, OCS will provide comprehensive cleaning services across the Metro tram network, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.

As the tram network continues to expand, OCS will support MML with advanced maintenance solutions and eco-friendly cleaning products, to maintain high standards of hygiene. This will uphold sustainability and efficiency across the tram network in line with MML’s strategic goals.
Efficient Mobilisation
On April 1st, twenty colleagues will join the contract team, operating 24/7 across day and night shifts. They will bring their expertise and innovative cleaning methods to deliver high-quality services. OCS is committed to equipping and training the team to meet the specific needs of the light rail sector.
