Lorraine O Brien – Chair

Lorraine is the Managing Director of Lorraine O’Brien Partnerships. Previously she was the global commercial director of Chelsea Football Club, Chelsea Village EFL, Director at Trinity Mirror, and CEO of Charities Trust, instrumental in setting up the Champions 03 with the Rugby World Cup winners and Non-Executive Director of the shareholder brand Collinson Group. Lorraine has more than 25 years’ experience of leading businesses and developing and implementing their commercial strategies.  

Lorraine is passionate about doing “good business” in giving her time, skills and expertise to support charities and organisations who support those less fortunate to help them have a brighter future.

Rob Legge – Trustee

Rob has been pivotal in the facilities management sector since establishing Servest in 1997. Rob’s expertise was instrumental in the integration of Atalian Servest and OCS since the merge in 2023. 

Rob is driven by a clear vision: establishing OCS as the premier facilities services company worldwide. His vision includes using OCS’s strength and reach to positively impact our communities with a particular focus on opening up career pathways to give young people a better future.

Daniel Dickson – Trustee

Daniel started his career in a leading M&A consultancy firm, before moving into facilities management in 2012. Following the merger between OCS and Atalian Servest in 2023, Daniel was appointed CEO of the UK and Ireland business. 

Daniel plans to position OCS at the forefront of the industry with a focus on developing people to fulfil their potential which includes his support of the OCS Foundation which aims to help children and young people thrive.

Donna Legge – Trustee

Donna has had a successful career in HR spanning over 30 years working with large blue-chip companies. In the early days of Servest, Donna was instrumental in setting up HR systems and processes to support the company’s significant growth journey. 

Donna now runs a successful property and interior design company, advising clients on how to create a perfect environment, whist also buying and selling homes. 

At Servest, Donna headed up the charity Little Hands, and has been raising funds through events such as, golf days, and gala evenings to support organisations that supports children and young people.

Dan Barber – Trustee

Dan has a three-decade-long career in communications and brand management. His journey includes two decades at the helm of the integrated communications agency he founded in 2000. 

Dan has been pivotal in helping to embed the OCS’s TRUE Values deeply into its culture and is dedicated to highlighting the collective efforts and achievements of our colleagues. 

Beyond Dan’s professional career, he is an advocate for charities that support less advantaged individuals in exploring their skills and accessing opportunities for fulfilling careers.

Nikki Brown – Head of Foundation

Nikki joined OCS in January 2025 after more than six years at an independent school as their Development Director. Before this Nikki spent a decade as a fundraiser in the charity sector.    

Nikki believes wholeheartedly in collective effort and is responsible for helping our colleagues to get involved and support the OCS Foundation. She believes that by working together and in partnership with local organisations, we can have a very real impact on the lives of children and young people in the UK & Ireland.
