Our new SRM Framework is designed to build stronger, more strategic partnerships by fostering transparency, innovation, and shared value. We believe that by aligning more closely with our key suppliers, we can better meet the needs of our customers, respond to market dynamics, and achieve shared business objectives.

1. Communicate Together
The governance structure in this section below, outlines how OCS will engage with our strategic partners during the life of the contract.

2. Evaluate Feedback
360-degree feedback surveys will be issued to all stakeholders invested in the contract to provide feedback on the performance of the contract which will be evaluated during review meetings.

3. Plan Changes
Based on the results of the feedback both parties will put a plan in place to address any recommendations, make any contractual changes or consider any new initiatives.

4. Improve Contract
Annual contract reviews ensure the contract remains suitable and provides the opportunity to discuss innovation and improvements.

5. Monitor Performance
The contract will continue to be monitored in accordance with the SLA and KPIs in place.

All strategic partners and preferred suppliers must engage in the five-step process outlined in collaboration with OCS procurement and operational representatives. Full participation from all parties is essential for success.
Communication Governance
Our review process includes Monthly Operational Reviews (MORs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual Contract Reviews (ACRs) to ensure optimal performance, address issues, and plan for future growth.
