Our new SRM Framework is designed to build stronger, more strategic partnerships by fostering transparency, innovation, and shared value.     360-degree feedback surveys will be issued to all stakeholders invested in the contract to provide feedback on the performance of the contract which will be evaluated during review meetings.

    Based on the results of the feedback both parties will put a plan in place to address any recommendations, make any contractual changes or consider any new initiatives.

Communication Governance

Our review process includes Monthly Operational Reviews (MORs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual Contract Reviews (ACRs) to ensure optimal performance, address issues, and plan for future growth.

Monthly Operational Reviews (MORs): Review daily operations and identify service improvements.
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs): Evaluate contract performance and address issues.
Annual Contract Reviews (ACRs): Ensure contract suitability, review performance, and discuss long-term goals.
