OCS Integrated FM Brands

OCS is the foundation of our global operations and the primary brand through which we deliver integrated facilities services across our key markets.

In Thailand (our second-largest market) we operate under the PCS brand as the market leader in outsourced integrated facilities management. In Australia and New Zealand, we deliver specialised hard services through dedicated technical brands: Midcity in Australia and 1M in New Zealand, both recognised for their sector expertise and operational excellence.

Our service portfolio include catering and food services. In Thailand, we operate Foodhouse, delivering food services, primarily, in healthcare. In the UK, our award-winning catering is led by Angel Hill Food Co., complemented by our own premium coffee brand, Groundhouse.

This brand structure enables us to remain agile and responsive, combining global best practice with local self-delivery expertise.
