VOCIFY: The Next Phase at Our Automotive Manufacturing Customer

Last year, VOCIFY began as a pilot programme to support green skills development. This year, we’re excited to continue the journey with our automotive manufacturing customer, launching the next phase on 24 September 2026 with 30 OCS Indonesia colleagues in the Second Cohort taking part.

Through the VOCIFY Green Apprenticeship Programme, colleagues are deepening their understanding of green practices while working towards internationally benchmarked qualifications from ABE and the The Institute of the Motor Industry (IMI).

By combining structured learning with practical experience, VOCIFY helps colleagues connect new knowledge with their everyday work.
