OCS New Zealand is introducing artificial intelligence and automation across our finance operations – a step designed to benefit both our colleagues and our customers.
Working with Fujifilm Process Automation, we’ve rolled out Esker, an AI-powered automation suite that streamlines everything from accounts payable to contract management. We are the first company in the world to implement all eight Esker modules at once – making processes faster, simpler, and more accurate.

For customers, the change means fewer errors, faster invoicing, and more responsive reporting. By removing unnecessary paperwork and manual steps, we can turn around approvals more quickly and ensure payments flow smoothly. It also frees up our finance and administrative teams to focus on value-adding work – like providing tailored information or resolving queries without delay.

The transformation began in 2023 with the goal of automating accounts payable. After staff training in 2024, the first modules went live — with supplier contract management and expense management now in place, and the remaining systems scheduled to follow by the end of 2025.
