OCS WasteLine

WasteLine is our specialist waste services division. Rather than relying on one collection network, the team selects and coordinates providers to suit each site, location and waste stream. WasteLine manages those services through one point of contact and brings the information together in clear reporting. It can also review schedules, equipment and onsite sorting to improve how the whole waste service works.

WasteLine can also help arrange the redistribution of surplus furniture and equipment for reuse, including when organisations refurbish offices or replace existing items.

Keeping Waste Services on Track

A collection schedule that suited a site last year may no longer suit it today. WasteLine reviews service activity, waste volumes, bin sizes and placement, and invoices with the customer. Sometimes the answer is a different collection frequency. Sometimes it is changing a bin or removing a service the site no longer needs. The aim is to continue to align the service to the waste being produced and make the costs easier to understand.
