  • Our IoT solutions make it possible to minimise energy consumption through artificial intelligence (AI), automatically adjusting inefficient behaviours, without impacting on occupant comfort. Our solution optimises heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) based on an agreed set of rules, made possible through its powerful analytical software. Our IoT solution is a user friendly and evolutionary IoT integration platform, compatible with all market technologies, requiring no proprietary communication protocols. This ensures predictive maintenance tasks are automatically generated directly within our CAFM and issued to the appropriately competent and experienced OCS team members to resolve.
