Chalani’s story highlights how an outstanding work ethic and a positive attitude can help you immensely when it comes to reaching your goals – and beyond!
Chalani arrived in Aotearoa New Zealand from her native Sri Lanka back in 2016 to study for a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
She began her career with OCS while a student, starting as a cleaner at WestCity Waitakere. Her hard work and commitment saw her progress rapidly, fulfilling a Key Account Support role, then to Contract Supervisor, then Contract Manager. Now, Chalani is one of our superstar Operations Managers in Auckland CBD.
In Chalani’s words:
“I’ve worked very hard, but my journey with OCS wouldn’t be as successful as it has been if it wasn’t for all the support I have received from them along the way.
“OCS has invested a lot of time and effort into me, and I will always be very thankful for that, especially as an immigrant. I want to continue learning and challenging myself. I’m really excited to continue my journey with OCS.”
