Kevin Obern brings extensive senior leadership experience in large New Zealand services businesses to the OCS Advisory Group. As Managing Director of OfficeMax New Zealand Limited, he has led a complex organisation, responsible for enterprise-wide strategy, commercial performance and organisational capability across sales, supply chain, merchandise, marketing, people and capability, finance and transformation functions.
Over a multi-decade career, Kevin has developed deep expertise in product-led businesses, logistics and supply chain operations while leading large teams in customer-focused environments. Across that experience, he has built a reputation for strong commercial judgement, disciplined execution and values-based leadership, guiding organisations through growth, transformation and significant organisational change.
Kevin strengthens the Advisory Group with practical enterprise leadership experience and a clear understanding of the customer, supplier and operational dynamics that underpin large service organisations.
