Launched in 2020, our colleague-led platform, CHROMA, empowers our workforce to actively contribute to our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion agenda.

Winner of the IWFM Diversity Initiative Award 2021, CHROMA is made up of three separate networks: Physical and Mental Health; Race, Ethnicity and Faith; and LGBTQ+ and Gender. CHROMA is open to all our colleagues who are passionate about driving change, the committees and wider ally networks work together to champion and promote inclusiveness.

Each CHROMA network is supported by our UK & Ireland Board Sponsors, ensuring all colleagues are represented, heard and promoted. By doing so, we hope CHROMA will make an impact on our colleagues by spearheading positive change.

    In recognising the interconnectedness of well-being and the way it touches every part of our lives, CHROMA prioritises physical and mental wellness. By promoting a supportive atmosphere and initiatives, we aim to nurture the holistic health of our workforce, fostering resilience and productivity.

  • Race, Ethnicity, and Faith

    CHROMA celebrates diversity through its Race, Ethnicity, and Faith network. With over 70,000 colleagues from 120 nationalities, embracing varied backgrounds is crucial to achieving our aim of creating an inclusive workplace that values different perspectives, encourages mutual understanding and fosters a rich tapestry of cultures.

    Our LGBTQ+ and Gender network is dedicated to championing equality and respect. By fostering an environment where individuals can express their authentic selves, we strive to create a workplace that embraces diversity, promoting innovation and collaboration among all members of our team.
