The Outcome

More than 50 complex energy and carbon reduction projects were delivered across the estate, all within agreed budgets and timelines. Engineering-led upgrades included HVAC optimisation, heat pump integration, LED lighting, advanced controls, sensors, building automation, solar PV, solar thermal and wind systems. The installation of EV infrastructure supported further decarbonisation efforts.

These initiatives delivered annual cost savings exceeding £1 million, reduced emissions by over 1,150 tonnes of CO₂, and maintained a 100% safety record, ensuring uninterrupted operations in a high-control environment.

Comprehensive reporting provided transparency and accountability, with detailed measurement and verification supporting the customer’s ESG and Net Zero objectives.

“We have worked in partnership for over 5 years and have benefited from expertise in reducing our energy usage. The innovative approach and delivery of multiple projects have driven significant improvements in our building management systems.”
