Executive Summary

The 2012 London Olympic Village was a major infrastructure project designed to accommodate around 17,000 athletes and officials during the Games. The development included residential apartments, shops, restaurants, medical centres, media facilities, leisure amenities and open spaces. OCS designed, supplied and installed an Estate Wide Management solution that integrated multiple building services, ensuring smooth operation and security across the village.
