One Team.

One Challenge.

From 14 to 20 September 2026, colleagues across OCS will come together to travel 28,000 virtual miles through seven days of movement, fundraising and TRUE Unity.
  • Seven women smiling and posing with badminton racquets on an indoor court, some making peace signs, all appearing happy and energetic.
  • A man with a beard smiles while taking a selfie on a forest trail; behind him, a dog in a red jacket stands on wooden steps surrounded by green foliage.
  • Three women posing and smiling outdoors near a lake, with trees and buildings in the background. One woman wears a blue top, another a white shirt, and the third a pink top. All are making peace signs with their fingers.
  • Three people in outdoor jackets stand on a rocky, foggy mountain path. Other walkers are visible in the background. The scene looks cold and misty, with rough terrain and a ridge fading into the fog behind them.
  • A woman stands on a boardwalk at night, making a heart gesture with her hands. Behind her, Marina Bay Sands in Singapore is brightly lit with colourful lights.
  • Person smiling while hiking up a rocky, steep trail surrounded by lush greenery and ferns, holding onto a rope for support, with misty mountains in the background.
  • Three women smiling outdoors on a cloudy day. Two wear grey “OC-YES!” hoodies, one with sunglasses. One wears a black Nike cap. A dirt path and open landscape are in the background.

Our Global Challenge Powered by TRUE Unity

Together, over seven days, from 14 to 20 September 2026, we’ll travel 28,000 virtual miles by getting active in a way that works for everyone.

Why 28,000 miles? It’s the distance it would take to visit each of our 18 OCS country locations and main offices, from New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, the Philippines, UK & Ireland and India to Thailand, Saudi Arabia and Cambodia.

Simply get moving, log your activity in the Challenge app and watch it turn into movement miles.

One Global Goal – Travel 28,000 virtual miles together.
Open to All Colleagues – Choose an activity that works for you.
Powered by TRUE Unity – Every movement counts.

Everything You Need to Know

  • The event takes place over seven days between 14 – 20 September 2026.

  • Yes, every colleague, right across our global business can take part. You are all welcome.

  • You can take part as an individual or you can choose to be part of a team of up to 8 people.

  • Get moving in a way that works for you, whether that’s walking, running, weightlifting or chair aerobics. Log your activity in the Big Team Challenge app and watch it turn into movement miles.

Whether you’re taking part as an individual or as part of a World Tour Team, everyone is encouraged to log at least 28 movement miles over the seven day challenge and raise as much as they can for the OCS Foundation or, in APAC&ME, their nominated regional charity.

  • Teams can include up to eight people. OCS colleagues, family, friends, customers and suppliers are all welcome to take part.

The challenge remains the same for every participant: 28 movement miles per person over seven days.

A full team of eight can achieve an impressive 224 movement miles together.

  • Anything that gets you moving counts. You do not need to be super fit, as the challenge is designed for people of all abilities.

Light, moderate and vigorous activities all count. Walking, chair aerobics, running, swimming, cycling, skating, dog walking, housework and even a kickabout in the park can all contribute towards your movement miles.

  • You DO NOT have to own a smart device to take part, you can easily input your activity manually. Once you are registered to take part, we will send you simple instructions on how you log your activity on the ready-made app.

  • No. Even if you are part of a Team, you can complete your movement miles at any time and in any place. Simply log your activity in the Challenge app and it will automatically contribute to your Team total.

The challenge remains the same: 28 movement miles per team member over seven days.

  • Fundraising can begin as soon as you set up your fundraising page and will remain open until 21 October 2026.

UK & Ireland colleagues: Raise funds for the OCS Foundation. We encourage everyone to aim for £100 per person.

APAC&ME colleagues: Raise funds for your nominated regional charity.

  • There are three simple steps to complete, whether you’re taking part as an individual or as part of a Team.

Step 1: Register on the Big Team Challenge page.

Step 2: If you’re based in the UK & Ireland, set up your JustGiving fundraising page. If you’re based in APAC&ME, you’ll fundraise for a nominated charity in your region.

Step 3: Download the Big Team Challenge app to log your movement miles.
