Nashvindra Premananda

Nash leads strategy and transformation, with a focus on translating strategic priorities into execution across the region.

At OCS, he works closely with country leadership teams on corporate strategy, operating models, and performance improvement. His scope includes portfolio strategy, performance management, digital enablement, and corporate development, with accountability for improvements in growth, margin, and cash performance.

Prior to joining OCS in 2024, Nash was at Dole Sunshine Company where he supported integration activities post Itochu’s acquisition. Later as Global Head of Strategy & Transformation, he led a multi-year transformation covering portfolio reinvigoration, market expansion, design-to-value supply chain and operating model changes. Earlier in his career, he worked with PwC Southeast Asia Consulting, focusing on restructuring and margin improvement.

He holds a Master’s degree in Finance from RMIT University and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Monash University.
