Electrical Supervisor (Healthcare Background)

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor (Hospital) to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preventative maintenance, extensive experience with LV and HV electrical systems, proficiency in KPIs and CAFM systems, and the ability to manage a team of 15 technicians. Hands-on experience in a hospital setting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the electrical maintenance operations within the hospital.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on all electrical systems, ensuring they are functioning optimally.
• Manage and mentor a team of 15 electrical technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Utilize LV and HV experience to handle complex electrical issues.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high standards are met.
• Operate and maintain the CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) system for efficient workflow and record-keeping.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform hands-on electrical maintenance and repair tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor in a hospital setting within the UAE.
• Strong expertise in preventative maintenance for electrical systems.
• Extensive experience with LV and HV electrical systems.
• Proficiency in using CAFM systems.
• Excellent understanding of KPIs and their application in maintenance operations.
• Ability to manage and lead a team of 15 technicians effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
