  • Technician Mobile Application – The app supports scanning, digital checklists, real-time customer signoff and accurate labour tracking. Every task is logged and traceable. 
  • Customer Application – A simple interface allows customers to raise and track requests, review status updates and share feedback. 
  • Performance Dashboards – Dashboards provide real-time visibility of SLA performance, asset health and operational activity. 
  • Power BI Integration – The integration supports deeper analytics, trend reviews and data-driven planning.
