“Beautiful, clean environment with no cost.”

Lupita Septiani, Supervisor at OCS Indonesia

Lupita is aware of the importance of the environment in contributing to a more sustainable future. That is why, in addition to reforestation, Lupita practices waste separation for the environment. Join Lupita as she leads by example in waste separation both easy and enjoyable.

“I create benefits from waste.”

Juli Setiawan, Supervisor at OCS Indonesia

Along with his team, Juli often collects a lot of organic waste with his team. While some people see organic waste as trash, Juli sees it as potential: recycle waste into compost. He processes dry leaves into useful fertiliser that enriches the soil, minimises waste, and promotes plant growth and health. This natural fertiliser is then given to anyone who wants to use it. Juli’s actions demonstrate the importance of taking action and helping others.

“I dare to care about protecting others.”

Ahmad Taufik Mulyana, Technician at OCS Indonesia

Ignoring the danger to himself, Taufik’s brave act of protecting a young woman from an attack went viral on social media a few months ago. His courageous act shows that ESG goes beyond sustainability – it’s about mutual care.

“Compost to save more cost”

Heri, Supervisor at OCS Indonesia

Heri is committed to creating valuable items and sharing them with others. Every day, he notices plenty of organic waste at his workplace. In his spare time, Heri processes this waste into fertiliser and promotes sustainable agriculture. He starts by collecting organic waste, turning it into liquid fertiliser, packaging it in bottles, and then sharing it with the community.

“Upgrade your waste to something beautiful.”

Wahidun, Cleaner at OCS Indonesia

Aside working as a cleaner, Wahidun is also an expert in recycling. He believes that plastic waste doesn’t have to end up in landfills but can be transformed into valuable and beautiful items for the workplace. Wahidun helps reduce waste and green the environment by collecting used items. He has even created a hydroponic garden around the OCS Indonesia’s client’s office using recycled plastic. Wahidun’s enthusiasm for gardening with recycled plastic is a great example of environmental stewardship.

“Honesty starts with ourselves.”

Defita, Cleaner at OCS Indonesia

Working at a busy office, Defita often finds valuable items like phones, wallets, and watches. Without hesitation, Defita collects these items, returns them to the security guard, and ensures they get back to their owners. Defita exemplifies that integrity and reliability are essential for sustainability. This emphasises that ethical behaviour is more than just a belief — it’s an action.
