OCS UK has been recognised as the No.1 facilities management (FM) brand for innovation in the UK, in the latest FM Index 2024 by i-FM and Magenta Associates.
The FM Index is a benchmark report that captures customer perceptions of FM providers. It draws on interviews with senior decision-makers across multiple sectors. This year, i-FM ranked OCS first for innovation among all FM companies assessed. We also placed within the top five overall in the index.
