Colouring Competition Terms & Conditions
- Competition entries must be received by 11.59pm, Wednesday 16 October.
- NZ entrants only.
- Each child will get one entry for this draw.
- The winners will be drawn on Friday 18 October and notified by Monday 21 October, using the contact details provided.
- There is one $50 The Warehouse gift card prize for the winner of each age group:
- Under 5 years
- 5-8 years
- 9-12 years
- There are two $20 The Warehouse gift card prizes which will be awarded to two other children from each age group whose names will be randomly drawn.
- The prize is not exchangeable for other goods or cash.
- Images may be posted on the OCS New Zealand Facebook page or website during the competition and after the competition ends.
- Children’s first names and ages will be used with the images publicly. All surnames and other information will be removed.
- OCS’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Exclusions & Liability – OCS is not responsible for late or misdirected entries and takes no responsibility for any entries not correctly lodged. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting any rights entrants may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 in relation to the promotion, OCS and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) suffered by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion or claiming/winning any prize. OCS is not responsible for the transmission or receipt of any incorrect information associated with entries, either caused by user error or any equipment or programming malfunction associated with the promotion.
- Privacy Policy and Use of Personal Information – Any personal information collected by OCS through the competition will be stored, used and disclosed in accordance with OCS’ Privacy Policy on https://www.ocs.com/nz/privacy-policy/ and the Privacy Act 2020. Entrants have the right to access their personal information in pursuant to the Privacy Act 2020, and can do so by contacting tycd@ocs.co.nz or via one of the methods set out in OCS’ Privacy Policy.
