Michael is a seasoned business leader with over 37 years’ experience in the built environment, and a proven track record of successful business turnaround, business integration, revenue growth and profitability improvement. He has vast experience in the Facilities Management sector, coupled with extensive technical and soft services knowledge and experience.
Michael has a passion developing people within the FM industry to be their best. He and has led highly successful large-scale Integrated Facilities Management organisations in the UAE over the past 10 years and in the UK prior to moving to the UAE and believes the FM Industries best and most valued assets are their people.
Outside of work, Michael is a keen long-distance runner and spends his very early mornings welcoming the new day on his morning run.
