About the OCS TRUE Stars Recognition Scheme

TRUE Stars are individuals or teams who have gone above and beyond and have demonstrated exceptional commitment to the OCS TRUE Values: Trust, Respect, Unity and Empowerment.

The efforts of those recognised as TRUE Stars not only set a benchmark for excellence, but also inspire others to be their best, driving our organisation forwards as we strive to become the best facilities services company in the world, making people and places the best they can be for our colleagues, our customers and communities.

Whether it’s a colleague who consistently goes the extra mile or someone who truly lives our TRUE Values, take a moment to acknowledge their contribution. Authorised managers can award TRUE Stars, and both colleagues and customers are encouraged to nominate individuals who stand out.
