George Calig

  • Unity

George is an Area Support Manager for the South West and Wales, however he supported me on three builders / sparkle cleans at one of our sites. He took time away from his family remotely, still did his day job whilst managing a team 100s of miles from home and in a different region. This showed TRUE Teamwork and dedication. He supported me no end and I couldn’t have completed the three huge cleans without his support. As RD for the South West I am incredibally proud to have George on my team, he mirrors my passion for our TRUE Values as does my whole team. When I asked for his support he gave it to me without a seconds thought. THANK YOU GEORGE

Rob Howe

  • Unity

Rob has undertaken a laborious task of setting up a master key process for any empty units or offices, this has meant having to identify master keys for each unit from large bunches of keys. This makes showing prospective tenants around empty units a lot easier as keys are readily available and only vital keys need to be signed out.

John Adams

Following the passing of their beloved mother, John and his brother Christopher embarked on an inspiring charity cycle in her memory. Covering 165 miles from the Butt of Lewis to Castlebay on the Isle of Barra, the journey took place during the summer—though the weather was far from summery. Despite the challenging conditions, their determination and commitment shone through, raising an incredible £25,000 for Bethesda Care Home in Stornoway. Bethesda is a vital facility that provides exceptional care for the elderly and terminally ill within our community. This generous contribution will make a significant impact, helping Bethesda continue its essential work. Without the support of fundraising efforts like this, maintaining the high standard of care the home is known for would be far more difficult.

Shahid Nadeem

  • Unity

Shahid is the site manager for our contract. During the retender process, Shahid went above and beyond in assisting the sales and bid team with information about the contract and initiatives that we could implement going forward to add value. On top of his already busy day job, he drafted some documentation following a call to assist in answering some of the tender questions. Nothing was to much for Shahid, and his friendly and helpful nature went a long way to ensuring a successful bid submission was completed in a timely manner. I have never known a site manager be so helpful and cooperative, answering any question no matter how big or small.

Highfields and Pennfields Site Team

  • Unity

Zack, Caroline, the caretakers and the cleaners made a no less vital contribution to the success. They devoted evenings and weekends, at very short notice, to enable the project to be delivered within the tight timeframes, so minimising the impact on the school and the duration of the unavailability. This was more than just doing their jobs. This was understanding the importance of receiving materials regardless of the time of day and that works had to be carried out over the weekend and bank holidays if the timeframe was to be achieved.
