Rose has in recent weeks has supported and worked alongside a new starter, and she has embraced this by sharing her great knowledge and experience to enable the confidence for the new member of our team.

Nicole has recently started her journey as Cleaning Team Leader, and in this time she has embraced her new role and demonstrated empowerment values by working alongside the team, sharing her knowledge and experience to deliver key training and development which has been reflected in response via the customer and standards achieved. Nicole has revised schedules and how we deliver cleaning at core points and times by engaging with the team which from their key feedback has been valuable.

Muteeb is an excellent security team leader, he always leads by example, and does the job to the best of his abilities.

As Linda’s manager i have received numerous emails both from our customer, and our customer’s customers, complimenting Linda’s high quality of work. She goes above and beyond daily in order to provide the highest standard she can.

I would like to nominate Asha for her outstanding work and dedication. Since she started working here, she has consistently done an amazing job. Asha pays great attention to every detail, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well maintained. In May this year, Jon successfully mobilised a new site and has gone above and beyond to transform the food and services delivered. His dedication, proactive approach, and commitment to excellence have made a significant impact. The feedback from Jon’s customer and stakeholders has been overwhelmingly positive, reflecting the high standards Jon consistently upholds. Jon’s customer has provided an excellent testimonial and has also provided a glowing reference for a large tender which we are currently working on. Thank you, Jon, for your exceptional work and for setting such a strong example of service excellence.

Christine always goes the extra mile.

At our site we are a security guard down due to long-term illness. Robbie has stepped in to cover over 50 of the shifts that have needed covering, selflessly sacrificing his time off to put the security team and the needs of the customer before his own.

As my account manager, Edward has been amazing, showing support and making me feel more than welcome on the new contract. He’s always there at the end of the phone, and not just for work support.

Rocio is my Regional Support Manager and she has been amazing since I started in January. She is always there to support me and shows such kindness.

Linda is consistently bubbly when at work. She comes into work and does not stop all day, jumping from one job to another. She can’t do enough for customers and we get praise back from them about how helpful and willing to help she is.

One of our customers would like to nominate Graham Chisholm for a True Star award due to his tremendous work. The Site at Bath Southgate has recently undergone an update on the car park prices at the site and Graham has dealt with all enquiries through the OCS Control Room in a constructive and positive way whilst being very informative to the Car Parking Team in ensuring any issues were rectified quickly so the customer experience of the Centre was upheld. In general Graham has a positive manner when dealing with Customers an all Visitors and the Client would like Graham to receive the recognition he deserves.

For great customer service.

Vharri is always positive and friendly whenever you need assistance from her. Her attention to detail is impeccable and the way she carries out her work makes the work of others around her easier and more straightforward. She is quick to spot a mistake and will take the initiative to fix a problem instead of leaving it up to someone else. She is a valued member of her team and a credit to this company.

Sophie consistently goes above and beyond in her work to ensure contracts run smoothly and our customers have the best experience possible of OCS. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and you can depend on Sophie entirely to get the job done.

Lucy Garratt has been doing a fantastic job and has increased the quality and standard of service at our catering site.

Receiving excellent feedback from the customer after completing an audit in her area of work, which came out with a scores between 97% and 100% for all the areas she cleans.

Sam has recently joined the team and has made an immediate impact. He has significantly boosted team morale during a time of considerable changes. Sam has assisted the ESMs and the residential team in scheduling various overdue tasks and inspections, all while maintaining a positive attitude and a smile on his face. He is truly a joy to work with and deserves recognition for all of his accomplishments so far.
