Jing Yan Lee
Head of Legal, APAC & ME
Jing Yan leads the legal function across OCS’s Asia Pacific and Middle East region, with responsibility for commercial contracting, corporate transactions and restructuring, employment, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, disputes and investigations. He works with leadership teams across Southeast Asia, South Asia, Oceania and the Middle East to manage legal risk and support the business’s strategic and operational priorities.
He joined OCS in 2024 as Regional Legal Counsel and was appointed Head of Legal, Asia Pacific and Middle East in April 2026. Prior to joining OCS, Jing Yan was a Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel at the Attorney-General’s Chambers, Singapore, where he worked with law enforcement agencies on investigating and prosecuting complex white-collar crimes. He began his career in commercial disputes at a full-service law firm in Singapore.
Jing Yan holds a Bachelor of Laws with First Class Honours from University College London and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2017.
