We aim to have real tenant engagement and add value above what is expected from a front-of-house team. In one of our customer’s buildings our amika team has created a Quote of the Day bowl. This bowl is filled with inspirational quotes and anyone walking past reception can take one and discover their thought of the day.
They have had the bowls for over 5 years and continue to be popular with all our tenants and visitors. They have noticed people particularly enjoy them if they are having a bad day or as a topic of conversation. Some visitors who have come from other offices have said they love the idea and will be using it on their site.
Going back for more
When our event and engagement ambassador has been in that building she observed how 3 occupiers walked past reception towards the exit. Both men dipped their hands into the bowl in passing taking a quote with them, and the girl turned around just before the exit doors, came back, picked a quote for herself, and left with her colleagues.
Impressed by observing how our teams add value in real time our engagement ambassador from London commented about his story on LinkedIn, attracting a comment from an occupier of that building in Birmingham.
