We are pleased to announce the successful renewal of our contract with Dunelm (Soft Furnishings) Ltd. This five-year agreement extends our partnership with Dunelm, covering circa 200 stores across the UK.
The renewed contract builds on a strong foundation established in 2018, reflecting the robust relationship and mutual trust between OCS and Dunelm. Over the past five years, we have demonstrated exceptional service delivery, adapting to Dunelm’s evolving needs and supporting its growth and refit programmes. We will continue to provide a wide range of services, including cleaning, window cleaning, and post-construction sparkle cleans, ensuring Dunelm’s stores maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
OCS has consistently delivered high-quality services, and their innovative approach has significantly contributed to our store operations. We look forward to continuing our collaboration and achieving even greater success in the coming years.

We also plan to introduce OCS LIVE and other OCS technology platforms to enhance communication and data accessibility for Dunelm’s regional coaches and stakeholders, streamlining operations and improving efficiency. We remain committed to supporting Dunelm’s community initiatives, such as the “Delivering Joy” campaign, which brings joy to underprivileged individuals during the holiday season. The new contract will also include the deployment of a fleet of sustainable cleaning equipment, aligning with both companies’ commitment to environmental responsibility and reducing carbon footprints.
Our ability to flexibly support Dunelm’s store openings and refits has been a key factor in the contract renewal, showcasing the company’s operational agility and dedication to meeting client needs.
