In 2023, we advanced our sustainability goals, obtaining the Toitū net carbonzero certification for the fourth consecutive year and moving all of our Australian offices onto green energy solutions. Our initiatives also included extensive community support and employee development programmes.

Environmental
We aim for net zero by 2040, focusing on reducing emissions, conserving resources, and promoting sustainable practices. Key achievements include transitioning 12% of our fleet to electrification, ongoing improvements in energy efficiency and implementing new measures to reduce waste to landfill.

Transitioned 12% of our fleet to electric and hybrid vehicles. Despite challenges, we continued efforts to reduce fuel consumption, achieving significant improvements in fuel efficiency and emissions reduction.

All Australian offices have moved to green energy solutions. We reduced electricity carbon emissions by 1.93% from the 2018 baseline, aiming for 100% renewable energy by 2030.

Collaborated with suppliers to reduce Scope 3 emissions, consolidating orders, and focusing on sustainable practices to improve our carbon footprint and supply chain efficiency.

Promoted virtual meetings to reduce travel emissions. Despite a 7.5% increase in travel emissions, we continue efforts to balance essential travel with sustainability goals.
