OCS Foundation and People into Work Scheme

Established in 2019, the OCS Foundation was formed to tackle some of the causes and effects of poverty in the UK. Many of our regions have equivalent foundations, including PCS in Thailand, all doing important work within their communities.

Through investment in partnerships with organisations that share our vision and passion, we deliver initiatives, research and outcomes that have a positive impact on public policy and practice.

Our OCS Foundation’s core programme, People into Work, helps people who face significant barriers to employment join and flourish in the workforce.
