Learning, training and development at OCS Australia

At OCS Australia, training supports safe work, consistent standards and career development. Every colleague completes role-specific inductions and practical, in-person training aligned with Australian compliance and workplace safety requirements. Training needs are reviewed regularly to keep skills current as roles, technology and regulations change.

We support nationally recognised learning pathways, including Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)-aligned training and apprenticeships where relevant. For supervisors and managers, structured development programmes build capability and support progression into leadership roles.

Training is delivered through a mix of on-the-job coaching, face-to-face learning and digital modules via OCS Academy, our internal platform. This approach provides consistent training across Australia, with local support from experienced leaders and trainers.
