We’re working towards net zero by 2040. In 2024, we reduced emissions by 7% (from baseline) and continued improving waste, energy and fleet performance.

Electric and hybrid vehicles now make up 5% of our Australian fleet. Fuel emissions increased by 8% (compared to 2023) due to growth.

Electricity emissions grew by 3% (compared to 2023). We continue working towards our 2030 goal of 100% renewable energy across all offices.

Scope 3 emissions decreased by 57% (from baseline) through improved data, smarter procurement, and stronger engagement with suppliers on sustainability.

Business travel emissions fell by 54% (compared to 2023) through fewer inter-regional trips, postponement of our conference, and greater uptake of virtual meetings across our teams.
