Since joining OCS as General Manager in 2008, Gavin has helped deliver innovative and sustainable operational services to OCS customers.
Carrying more than 30 years of knowledge and experience, Gavin plays a critical role in ensuring the continued success of OCS. This is shown in the performance of his operational colleagues who continue to gain the results and targeted outcomes that are set year after year.
Gavin is committed to excellence in everything he does and has been instrumental in driving success at OCS. He is also a passionate proponent of spending time on the shop floor and can often be seen out visiting customer sites and having face-to-face conversations with colleagues across the business.
