Kristina joined the OCS team in 2022, bringing a wealth of knowledge from her vast HR experience with multiple industries including facilities management, construction and aviation.
Kristina leads our HR team across NZ, driving all aspects of HR including remuneration & reward, employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition.
Kristina strives to maintain an environment where every colleague can thrive in their role and feels valued, appreciated and heard.
When she’s not at work, you will find Kristina spending time with friends and family, walking the dog, relaxing with a good book and heading to the beach as often as possible!
