Preecha Tuekphet, Account Manager for Healthcare, recently welcomed Pongxaisak Inthalat, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Welfare from Laos, along with senior delegates during their visit to meet our Lao colleagues at Samithivet Chonburi.
The visit provided an open platform for meaningful discussion and recognition of the valuable work our colleagues perform every day. It also strengthened cross-border relationships and enhanced understanding of the support systems in place for Lao nationals working in Thailand.
Today, more than 3,500 colleagues from Laos are part of PCS, contributing across Healthcare, Retail, Education, and Hospitality. Their dedication reflects our commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive workforce where every colleague is supported with fair opportunities, safety, and a positive working environment.
