Dan’s three-decade-long communications and brand management career has been marked by significant launches, achievements and collaborations with top-tier brands, including PepsiCo, Pfizer, Clarins, Glaxo SmithKline, and IBM. His journey includes two decades at the helm of an integrated communications agency he founded in 2000, delivering marketing and communications services across multiple sectors, specialising in retail, hospitality and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG).
At PCS, Dan’s role is pivotal in shaping the brand’s narrative and helping embed the company’s TRUE Values deeply into its culture. His mission extends to enhancing internal communications providing colleagues with the right tools and information to excel in their roles. Dan is dedicated to telling the incredible story of PCS’s 120,000 colleagues and its expansive global business, highlighting the collective efforts and achievements that define the company.
Beyond his professional sphere, Dan’s life is enriched by his family and three daughters. His interests span branding, a love of France, sports, and cooking, reflecting a broad spectrum of personal and professional passions. Dan’s commitment to fitness has seen him complete six marathons, one of which on a treadmill during lockdown. His approach to fitness aligns with his belief in maintaining a balanced lifestyle, contributing to physical and mental well-being and professional efficacy.
