Cheryl joined us following the acquisition of EMCOR UK, where she successfully led the business during a key period of strategic renewal, growth through service innovation and cultural development, helping to shape it into one of the leading hard services FM providers in the UK.
As a Chartered Accountant who qualified in South Africa before moving to the UK, Cheryl began her career in the telecommunications sector. She later spent 18 years with AECOM in senior finance roles, including Financial Planning and Analysis, Controllership, Financial Director and UKI Chief Financial Officer. Her leadership experience spans operational finance, business transformation and executive oversight.
Within OCS, Cheryl joins the leadership team with deep experience in leading complex organisations, building collaborative customer relationships and developing people-focused cultures. Her insight and strategic focus will be a valuable addition to the business.
