Colm Connolly
IT Director, UK & Ireland
Colm joined OCS in May 2026 as IT Director for the UK & Ireland, leading the Technology function following the integration of EMCOR. He is responsible for driving the technology strategy across the business, with a focus on enabling growth, improving operational performance and enhancing the customer experience.
Originally beginning his career in Human Resources and Learning & Development, Colm transitioned into Technology Leadership after recognising the critical role technology plays in successful business transformation. Over the past two decades, he has held senior leadership positions with organisations including Domino’s Pizza Enterprises, Morrisons and Culligan Group, leading technology strategy, digital transformation, post-acquisition integration and organisational change across multiple European markets.
Colm is focused on building a modern, commercially aligned Technology function for OCS. His priorities include strengthening data and digital capabilities, simplifying the technology landscape, improving resilience and developing high-performing teams that deliver innovative solutions for colleagues and customers.
Outside of work, Colm enjoys travelling with his family, exploring European history and politics, and planning cultural adventures with a keen interest in leadership development and organisational psychology.
