Daniel Fernandes is an accomplished facilities management professional leading our Western Australia team. In his role, Daniel is responsible for overseeing all operational, commercial, and client service activities across the state, ensuring service delivery excellence, compliance, and the continuous development of his team.
With more than 20 years of leadership experience across hospitality and facilities services, Daniel has built his career on delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. Before joining OCS, he held senior management roles in Australia and the Middle East, including Operations Manager at Dimeo Facilities Services, where he oversaw key Western Australian accounts and drove improvements in service quality, safety, and commercial performance.
Daniel’s earlier experience in luxury hotels honed his attention to detail and his focus on people. He is known for his calm, solutions-focused approach, mentoring and developing his teams to achieve consistently high standards. By fostering strong relationships and maintaining open communication, he ensures customers across the state receive responsive, reliable service tailored to their needs.
Outside of work, Daniel loves spending time with his family and pursuing his passions for football and music.
