Australian by birth but a Kiwi by nature, Gareth Marriott has an executive management and professional services career that has spanned more than 25 years, across numerous countries.
With extensive experience building strong teams and driving growth, Gareth has helped OCS thrive since he took on the role in 2012.
During this time, Gareth has been a champion for sustainability – he launched OCS ANZ’s first Sustainability Report, helping to ensure OCS is a long-term sustainable business for OCS colleagues, the community, and the environment.
With a focus on putting people at the centre of his decision-making and embracing change, Gareth prides himself on delivering on tough targets and is known for his unwavering high standards and attention to detail. Leading from the front, Gareth excels at customer relationships and ensures that client satisfaction and compliance are maintained.
Gareth is the chairman of the Sustainable Business Council, sits on the Climate Leaders Coalition (OCS is a signatory) and is a member of the New Zealand Government’s Modern Slavery Leadership Advisory Group.
Beyond his professional life, Gareth enjoys spending on time on the golf course, and watching tennis and with his close-knit family.
