Executive Summary
OCS Australia delivers specialist commercial and industrial cleaning services for a high-volume aviation training facility supporting the next generation of pilots. Since 2019, we have supported a campus accommodating up to 180 cadets and 50 staff at any one time, operating around the clock.
Facilities include lecture and simulation rooms, accommodation, a full-service kitchen with segregated halal sections, and sporting and recreational amenities.
In 2024, OCS also supported cleaning requirements during the refurbishment of a major campus block, including the introduction of a new commercial kitchen and student lounge facility.

The Brief
The customer needed a trusted cleaning partner capable of supporting a full-scale training and accommodation facility. Services required flexibility, attention to cultural sensitivities, and consistent quality across classrooms, dormitories, kitchens, and communal areas operating around the clock.
Our service includes:
- Commercial cleaning services across classrooms, lecture halls, simulators, accommodation and shared facilities
- Student and accommodation facilities, including hostel ablutions, lounges, laundries, storerooms and end-of-lease dormitory resets
- Hospitality and kitchen cleaning, including segregated halal areas, pantries, chillers and freezers
- Industrial cleaning services for aviation-support facilities, including hangars, offices and amenities
- High-level, window and floor care services, including GMP-level deep cleans, carpet shampoo and extraction cleaning
- External areas, car parks and courtyards, company vehicle cleaning, consumables management and reactive cleaning support
OCS provides additional labour during cadet intakes, ensuring accommodation turnover is seamless and schedules are never disrupted.
