Carole joined OCS in 2004. She has more than 30 years of experience in marketing and led the launch of the new OCS brand across the Asia Pacific region.
Carole oversees numerous marketing and communication strategies, from spearheading marketing campaigns to steering our public relations. She leads her team across digital spaces including numerous social media accounts and our website’s user experience, as well as oversees a wide array of internal and external communication materials, ensuring coherence and a strong corporate voice across all platforms.
At the core of her role, Carole is a storyteller, shaping OCS’s narrative so it resonates deeply with our values and vision. Her commitment to embedding the TRUE Values across the company empowers our colleagues, providing them with the insights and tools needed for success through building a culture of informed empowerment and shared purpose.
Her forward-thinking and results-driven approach is vital to our growth, turning communications into a lever for business expansion and innovation. Carole’s contributions are key to reinforcing OCS’s presence and positioning OCS as a leading Facilities Management business in Australia and New Zealand.
Outside of work, Carole loves to travel, experiencing different cultures, and spending time with friends and family.
