Martina has 20 years of compliance experience within the public, private and voluntary sectors, including finance, cleaning, retail, construction, health, aviation and government.
Martina joined OCS in 2013 and is responsible for looking after business compliance, overseeing health and safety, environment and quality management frameworks, and risk management systems for employees and contractors.
Martina is committed to ensuring the workplace is focused on injury intervention programmes, risk mitigation strategies and transparency. She strongly believes that good communication within the team is the best way to support an engaged and safe workplace culture.
Outside of work, Martina runs a social enterprise that raises funds and awareness for local charities and community groups. She also likes beach walks, listening to music, and reading a good book.
