Since joining OCS in 2016, Santhy has achieved operational excellence and customer satisfaction across OCS’ operations, ensuring OCS’ strategic direction and actions are always aligned with the customer.
Santhy’s ambition at OCS is to generate growth across any initiative that she leads, providing delivery teams with all the resources needed to exceed customer expectations.
Outside of work, Santhy enjoys reading, gardening, and spending time with her family.
