Stephen Lockley

With a career spanning more than 25 years, Stephen has held senior management positions for large multinational companies in Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. He has experience working across multiple sectors, including healthcare/aged care, manufacturing, retail, corporate, government, utilities, aviation, oil and gas and education. He has also managed multiple service lines in both hard and soft facilities management.
Stephen joined the OCS team in 2022 and oversees business operations across Australia. He strategically manages and grows the OCS Australia business by building strong and accountable teams, strengthening client relationships, winning new contracts, and enhancing growth through acquisition.
Stephen provides customers with a direct link to open and transparent communication, professionalism, and responsiveness. He is a seasoned leader with strong transformational skills, exceptional financial acumen, proactive business development, and strong problem-solving skills.
Outside of work, Stephen enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and is a keen cyclist.
