With over 27 years of experience in the infrastructure facilities management industries, including leadership roles at Amey and Enterprise, Nick brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. He has a proven track record of leading and growing businesses, managing acquisitions and divestments, and overseeing large-scale integrations.
Nick joins OCS during an exciting period of transformation; the merger brings together two industry leaders, each with a stellar reputation. Drawing from the heritage of both legacy businesses, Nick aims to significantly grow the Hard Services division to become a market leader in this sector and be an integral part of the future OCS.
Highlighting the importance of passion and accountability when contributing to the success of any team, Nick is keen to instil a sense of belonging and unity in the team, creating an environment where our colleagues are given the space and support to be their best.
Outside of work, Nick’s life revolves around his family, including his wife and four teenage children. When he’s not cheering for Arsenal at the Emirates, you’ll find him teeing up on the golf course or exploring the depths as a passionate scuba diver. Nick is still a PADI Professional and many years ago spent a year instructing in Gozo.
