Joining OCS in 1987, Heather played a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the region. By 2013, as Regional CEO, she helped position OCS as a leading total facilities management provider, driving excellence and innovation at every step.

Heather’s contributions to British business interests and the community in Thailand were recognized with an OBE in 2015.
Today, as Deputy Chairman of OCS ROH LTD, she continues to inspire the next generation of leaders, proving that ambition, resilience, and vision can shape industries.
