Worapong brings extensive experience in the facilities management (FM) industry, having held senior leadership roles at several leading organisations, including PCS, where he previously served as Managing Director in 2010.

With a strong track record in operational excellence, market expansion, and business transformation, Worapong is well-positioned to lead PCS Thailand into its next phase of growth. In his new role, he will drive the company’s strategic agenda, strengthen market leadership, and empower teams to deliver exceptional value and service to customers nationwide.

Under Worapong’s leadership, PCS Thailand, the country’s largest integrated facilities management provider, employing over 35,000 colleagues nationwide, will continue to build on its strong foundation of service excellence and operational innovation, further reinforcing its market leadership and delivering exceptional outcomes for customers across Thailand.
