As part of this commitment, PCS was pleased to welcome representatives from Pinthong Industrial Park Public Company Limited for an official visit to the PCS Head Office.
The visit provided an opportunity to exchange insights, strengthen collaboration and showcase PCS’s approach to Integrated Facility Management, workforce development and operational excellence.
Established in 1995, Pinthong Industrial Park Public Company Limited is one of Thailand’s leading industrial estate developers. The company currently operates six industrial estates and logistics parks across Chonburi and Rayong provinces within Thailand’s Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), supporting a wide range of manufacturing and industrial businesses.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by PCS management, led by Sebastian Power, Chief Operation Officer, together with Wathitaya Olanratmanee, General Manager – Manufacturing, and Kanokeon Ruangsiri, Sales Manager – Manufacturing. During the visit, the team shared insights into PCS’s operational approach, commitment to continuous improvement and focus on delivering service excellence for customers across the manufacturing sector.
PCS was also honoured to host representatives from Pinthong Industrial Park, including Supaporn Sotikaphan, Purchasing & Procurement Manager; Thanachai Anan Cheechiang, Asset Management Manager; Anan Rattana, Safety & Utilities Manager; Peerapong Yannasoot, Environmental Department Manager; and Wichit Boonla, Professional Safety Officer – Safety & Utilities.

As part of the visit, the delegation was introduced to several key operational capabilities that support PCS’s Integrated Facility Management strategy and service delivery model.
One of the highlights was PCS’s certified training centre, which supports standardised training programmes for more than 36,000 employees nationwide. The centre plays an important role in maintaining service quality, enhancing workforce capability and ensuring consistent operational standards across the business.
The delegation also visited the Engineering and Safety Training Centre, where PCS develops technical competencies and promotes safe working practices to support clients operating in complex industrial and manufacturing environments.

Another key feature of the visit was the PCS Smart Control Centre, which provides 24/7 monitoring and operational support through advanced technologies and data-driven insights.
The Smart Control Centre enables real-time visibility, rapid response capabilities and enhanced operational oversight, helping PCS deliver efficient, reliable and proactive services to clients across Thailand.
As a core component of PCS’s Integrated Facility Management approach, the centre combines technology, operational expertise and real-time information to help clients improve performance, reduce risk and maintain business continuity.
