PCS organised a Smart Security Operations Training for 80 participants from our Operations and Business Development teams across Business Units.
The training was led by Worapong Padungkirtsakul, Managing Director, Ratchaya Sophondirekrat, Chief of Business Development and Marketing Officer, Sirirat Vanaroj, General Manager – Security Operations Centre and
Dr. Mongkol Kongtungmon, Innovative Advanced Security Manager, with the objective of updating our security solutions, while sharing insights on key security service technology trends shaping the industry.
The sessions demonstrated how advanced technologies support professional monitoring and alarm services, including AI-enabled surveillance, smart sensors, integrated alarm platforms, real-time incident monitoring, and remote command centre operations.
These solutions enable early threat detection, faster response, improved situational awareness, and more reliable, data-driven security operations.
